Jiangxi Vocational College of tourism and commerce is a public full-time college of tourism and Commerce approved by Jiangxi Provincial People's Government in 2002. It is jointly built by all China Federation of supply and marketing cooperatives and Jiangxi Provincial People's government. It is a model vocational college in Jiangxi Province, a high-level vocational college in Jiangxi Province, a ministerial Model Vocational College of all China Federation of supply and marketing cooperatives, and one of the first batch of Applied Technology Colleges in Jiangxi Province Technical undergraduate training institutions.Jiangxi Vocational College of tourism and commerce is a public full-time college of tourism and Commerce approved by the people's Government of Jiangxi Province in April 2002. Its predecessor is Jiangxi Business School (founded in 1964), Jiangxi Tourism School (founded in 1987) and Jiangxi nuclear technology school (founded in 1964). In April 2014, the college was approved as one of the first batch of Public Higher Vocational Colleges in the province to jointly run applied undergraduate programs, and jointly train undergraduate students majoring in hotel management with Jiangxi Normal University of science and technology.By the end of 2019, the college has more than 1.2 million full-time and part-time students, with more than 1.2 million professional books and more than 10.06 million digital books.
